Martina joined ALLFED in 2024 as a Senior Policy Associate, advising on policy strategy, international and comparative law and policy, exploring policy engagement opportunities, supervising volunteers and conducting outreach.
She has written a doctoral thesis on data science approaches to multilateral environmental treaty analysis and has worked in international policy, law and governance research and engagement for many years. She is passionate about open data, free and open source software, data science, automation, and collaborative databases as tools to improve international governance and coordination on global challenges such as food security and disaster risk reduction
