Bianca is focused on developing sustainable funding pathways to scale the organisation's global resilience initiatives. She is a partnerships and resource mobilisation specialist with experience across humanitarian and international development contexts, having worked with organisations including UNICEF, UNDP, startups, FMCG companies and research institutes.
Over the years, she has led campaigns on crisis response, disaster risk reduction, and climate resilience. Bianca recently completed her Master’s in International Development and Diplomacy at the UN-mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica on a UN scholarship. When she’s not diving into strategy or donor relations, you’ll likely find her teaching Pilates or Barre, exploring new corners of the world, or seeking out the best cafe in town.
