Bringing over two decades of diverse professional experience, Maciej specializes in hospitality and people management. His extensive background includes nearly twenty-four years of work in the field. Within his UK work experience, Maciej focused significantly on leadership, scheduling, and negotiation within the dynamic hospitality industry. He also possesses valuable expertise in areas such as cost control, contract management, and ensuring task time and quality are effectively managed.
Originally from Poland, Maciej holds not one, but three graduate degrees from the Czestochowa University of Technology: a Master of Engineering degree, and a Master of Management and Marketing degree. His third degree, a Master of Pedagogy, is particularly relevant to his passion for working with people. Through his experience teaching economics to high school and technical school students, Maciej honed essential training, coaching, and communication skills – abilities he leverages to connect with and support individuals.
Through his contributions at ALLFED, Maciej is driven by a deep commitment to organizational coordination and, crucially, to doing his very best to support each individual team member. His goal is to empower colleagues, helping them achieve specific objectives, develop their skills further, and genuinely increase their satisfaction with their team experience.
