Laura is overseeing ALLFED's external communications and media engagement. She has been with ALLFED since 2024.
Laura is a communications strategist with over 15 years’ experience working in third sector communications. Laura has demonstrable experience in international development, climate advocacy, humanitarian aid, and ocean conservation communications.
Laura previously spent nearly 5 years working as Communications Advisor with The Elders. Laura has a deep interest in both gender and intergenerational equality, she works as a strategic consultant for several high-profile global initiatives that place equitable solutions to some of the world’s most pressing problems at their heart.
In her spare time Laura is pursuing a PhD at The University of Birmingham, researching the importance of intergenerational dialogue in Indigenous societies when considering the dual nature/climate crisis.
