Yesh wants to help humanity one project at a time.
He is working with ALLFED researchers to help create value more efficiently by building project management pipelines, systems and tools. Yesh connects all of the departments at ALLFED together by developing project management processes, and helps to keep things moving and on track.
Before Yesh joined ALLFED, he worked as a Project Manager and Engineer designing hyper-stable structures for satellites. He has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in space-sciences (majoring in Gravitational Physics).
Yesh's philosophy is: project management is not just about micromanaging the details of every task, but rather about providing inspiration and guidance to the team to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule. As the great Carl Sagan once said, 'In order to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe.' Similarly, if we want a project to be a success, a project manager must develop systems and processes to empower the team to perform at their best. This involves keeping a watchful eye on timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that every component of the project is functioning optimally.
